• Flat rate shipping anywhere in Australia, $15
• Outside Australia and New Zealand? We do not offer international shipping outside of NZ and AU at the moment, but we're working on it! Please follow us on Facebook to be updated when we start shipping to your country.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

• All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
• Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been made and dispatched.
• Orders can take 10-15 business days to manufacture before being shipped.
• In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any emails from our team.
• Please note that shipping time estimates apply after your order is manufactured and dispatched.
• Orders will typically be delivered within 4-6weeks of making your order. During busier periods, this can be up to 8weeks.
• Shipping time may vary according to local post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.

CHANGE OF MIND OR SIZE RETURNS

All Code Black Custom products are made to order and cannot be refunded or returned due to change of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, incorrect colours ordered, or any errors in information submitted to us.

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS

If we've made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately. Our Customer Care policy is to always make it right. If we've made an error, or the product is faulty, we can offer a refund or exchange where possible.
